Guided Meditation / Visualisation

Guided Meditation/Visualisation is suited to those who wish to experience a state of relaxation, inner peace and joy. The focus of the session will be on how to achieve stress relief, to live a healthier, happier life using meditation and visualisation with the help of your Guardian Angels the Archangels and the Ascended Masters. This class is suitable for all levels even if you have never meditated before.

You will learn how to connect with the amazing energy of your Guardian Angels, the Archangels and the Ascended Masters, how they can help you in your everyday life and receive guidance and answers to your questions.

These meditations are full of love and healing and I look forward to sharing this experience with you.

Weekly Meditation is on a “drop in” basis and runs from 8 to 9 pm every Thursday evening, followed by tea/coffee, chat, sharing of experiences, questions etc.
